Suppliers, labs and profit & loss
What you owe and to whom, your real profit each month, and your cash in the coming weeks.
Available to: Owner, manager & accountant
- 1
Suppliers and labs: when goods arrive on credit, record them from Inventory as On credit, or add a credit purchase bill with its number and due date.
- 2
Each supplier shows its balance and what is overdue; each lab shows the cost of work received minus what was paid.
- 3
Pay records the payment as an expense from the account you choose (cash drawer, bank or a wallet), and the balance updates by itself.
- 4
Profit & loss: every month of the year in one table: collections, refunds, each expense type and net profit. Owner withdrawals show separately because they aren't an expense.
- 5
Cash forecast: your balance over the next 8 weeks after instalments due, supplier bills and fixed costs, with a warning if it would go below zero.
