Installments & payment tracking

Split any invoice into installments and see who's overdue.

   Open the invoice → «Installments»: choose the number of installments (2–36), the interval and the first date. You'll see a preview before saving.

   When the patient pays, record the payment as usual. The software applies it to the installments in order automatically.

   If the patient has insurance: open the claim for the insurer's share first, then split into installments. The plan covers only the patient's share, and insurer money never counts as an installment paid by the patient.

   If the claim is opened after the plan, insurer money reduces the last installments, and a fully covered installment shows «Covered by insurance».

   The «Installments» page shows what's overdue and due within a week, with a WhatsApp reminder button.

   Cancelling an installment plan is for the owner and manager, with a reason.
