Invoices, collections & refunds

One-click invoices, partial payments, and accurate refunds.

   Invoices → «Awaiting billing»: every visit with procedures not yet invoiced.

   Tap «Issue invoice» and add a discount if any.

   Record the payment: cash, card or transfer, full or partial.

4. 4

   Refunds (owner and manager): from the payment itself, with a reason, and never more than what was paid.

5. 5

   Voiding an invoice requires a reason and permission, and numbering stays sequential.
