Saved WhatsApp messages for leads

One-tap messages that fill in the lead's name and your clinic.

Available to: Owner, admin and reception

   In Assignment & automation → Ready WhatsApp messages, add a message, or tap "Add suggested messages" and adjust them.

   You can use {name} for the lead's name, {first_name} for the first name, {clinic} for the clinic name, {interest} for what they asked about, and {me} for your name.

   Link a message to a stage (New, Contacted, Interested…) so it appears first on a lead's page at that stage.

   On a lead's page: pick the message, check or edit the text and tap "Open WhatsApp with message". After sending, log WhatsApp below so it counts as contact.
