   Labs: add the lab, create an order with tooth, shade, cost and delivery date, and move it: Sent → Received → Fitted.

   Overdue orders show in the bell.

   Inventory: items and reorder levels; purchases are recorded as expenses automatically, and items running low show in the bell.
