Staff & permissions

Invite your team, and everyone sees what concerns them.

Available to: Owner & manager

   Settings → Staff & permissions → «Invite staff member»: name, email and role.

   Send them the invite link (valid for 7 days), and they set their own password.

   Roles: owner, manager, dentist, reception, accountant. Reception, for example, doesn't see medical notes, and the accountant doesn't see the medical record.

   When a staff member leaves: deactivate their account immediately from the same page.
