Consent forms and signing on a tablet

The patient reads and signs with a finger, and the form is saved to their file.

   Once: Settings → Consent forms. Add the texts your clinic uses (treatment consent, extraction, anaesthesia…). The legal wording is the clinic's and its lawyer's responsibility.

   From the patient file → New consent: choose the form and hand the tablet to the patient to read and sign with a finger.

   The signed form is saved with the date and cannot be edited. You can print it or open it any time from the patient file.

   Data-processing consent: patients without a recorded consent show "No data consent" in the patient list.
