Patient file

Details, medical alerts, history, X-rays and consents.

   From Patients → «New patient», or search by name, mobile or file number.

   Add medical alerts (allergy, blood thinners, diabetes…): they show in red at booking, during the visit and on prescriptions.

   The timeline shows everything that happened: appointments, visits, invoices, prescriptions, lab orders.

4. 4

   Upload X-rays, photos and PDFs to the patient file and link them to a tooth number.

5. 5

   Consents: choose the template and the patient signs with a finger on the tablet. A signed consent can't be edited.
