Patient reminders & waitlist

Reduce no-shows and fill cancelled slots.

   Every day open «Appointment reminders»: all of tomorrow's appointments in one list.

   Tap «Open WhatsApp» for each patient; the message is ready with the appointment. After sending, tap «Sent».

   Waitlist: add any patient who wants an earlier slot with the time that suits them.

   When an appointment is cancelled, open the waitlist and tap «A slot opened up» to send them a WhatsApp, then book them and mark «Booked».
