Your data and its safety

Who can see your patients' data, and how to take it with you at any time.

   Each clinic's data is fully separated from every other clinic, and that separation is enforced inside the database itself, not only on screen.

   Each team member sees only what their role allows. For example, accountants cannot see medical records and receptionists cannot see visit notes.

   Owners and managers sign in with a two-step code from their phone, and every important change is recorded in an activity log that cannot be deleted.

   Your data is yours: the owner can export patients, appointments, invoices and payments to Excel-ready files at any time.

   The app does not send patient data to outside services, and the built-in assistant runs inside the app itself.
